What we publish

- Buying guides for a specific budget or use case
- Comparisons between two or more current models
- Explainers on PTA registration, taxes and importing
- Mobile photography, battery health and repair guides
What we turn down
- AI-generated or spun content
- Articles written purely to place a backlink
- Content already published elsewhere
- Casino, loan, adult or unrelated niches
- Anything under 800 words
Our guidelines
- Original only. We check. Anything published elsewhere is declined, and it will not be republished later either.
- 800 words minimum, and length should follow the subject rather than a target. A tight 900-word comparison beats a padded 2,000-word one.
- Cite your figures. Prices, benchmark numbers and battery claims need a source, or an explanation of how you measured them.
- One author link. You get a byline and a link to your site or profile in the author box. In-body commercial links are removed.
- We edit. Headlines, structure and phrasing may change. Facts and your argument will not, without asking you first.
How to pitch
Email gemprogrammersgp@gmail.com with a working title, a two-line summary, and a link to something you have written before. A full draft is welcome but not required — it is usually faster to agree the angle first.
We reply to pitches we want to run. If you have not heard back within two weeks, please take that as a no and pitch it elsewhere.
